FACILITATION
I have been working as a trainer & facilitator with a focus on Global Education and non-formal adult education since 2009. From content planning, course design, delivery and monitoring/evaluation, for small groups, tutorials, school classes up to conferences and festivals.
I can work alone, in tandems and in teams - always depending on the context and first and foremost the people.

PARTICIPATORY METHODS
Participants actively steer and own their learning processes. My role is to provide a setting with a wide variety of methods to achieve exactly this goal of participants-centred processes.
PROCESS
The focus of my work is on the process rather than the outcome. This allows for meaningful exchange, deeper learning and bigger satisfaction with the meetings.
CONTEXT
Context matters always. My settings and style of work will vary depending on the context and the needs of my clients. At the same time, awareness of context(s) always plays a big role in my work.
